The Picoma-L48 Building, completed in 2020, is a significant project located across Arizona under the Marriott franchise. This three-story building features 48 meticulously designed units, showcasing our comprehensive services in Architecture, Structural Design, MEP Design, and Exterior Renderings. Our team was also responsible for the Arizona State Package Submission and the production of detailed Shop Drawings, ensuring a seamless execution from concept to completion.
